Pay and Incentives- Ability to earn $100k+ annually
- Quarterly Incentive Bonus
- $2000 Driver Referral Bonus (unlimited)
- Travel: 80-100% travel in domestic states (private room /no roommate)
- Work Schedule:
Must be available to work in the field on assignment for 21 consecutive days and 7 PAID days off schedule. Yes! You are paid during your days off - Earn an additional $500 bonus per day if working during your 7 days off

- Early Access:
Your benefits start after just 30 days of employment
- Team Coordination:
Pilot tractor-trailers to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites. - Proactive Care:
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and help address maintenance needs. - Safety Partnership:
Partner with the team to report accidents, safety issues, and customer feedback immediately to ensure a secure environment. - Operational Accuracy:
Complete and submit required DOT and company reports.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Class A CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker Endorsements
- TWIC Card Required
- +1 year experience of tractor-trailer driving within the last four years
- +1 year experience of tanker experience within the last four years
- Proficiency with manual transmission vehicles
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience
- Forklift experience
- Basic knowledge of cryogenic pumps, tanks, transports, hydraulic equipment and diesel engines
- Knowledge of industrial gases
