Bus Drivers – $18/hr – Split Shift – CDL + Passenger Endorsement – Lake Charles, LA

Onpoint Industrial Services is hiring experienced Bus Drivers for a split-shift role in Lake Charles, LA. This position involves safe transportation of personnel to and from industrial sites, completion of pre/post-trip inspections, and strict adherence to DOT and client safety protocols. It’s ideal for licensed drivers with a Passenger (P) endorsement seeking a steady hourly role with full benefits.

• $18/hr wage

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record with no at-fault commercial accidents in the past 5 years
• DOT physical certification
• Ability to complete daily inspections, logs, and safety reports
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

• ISTC badge and familiarity with industrial job sites
• Knowledge of FMCSA safety regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
• Experience maintaining clean and orderly vehicles
