Champion Home Builders, Incwants YOU! We are seeking to hire a Sales Administrator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Lake City, FL.

Full-Time:Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm
On-Site:Lake City FL

Summary:Prepares yard sheets, schedules homes for production, enters orders into the computer and dispatches homes when they are ready for shipping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare yard sheets, schedule home production, and enter orders into the computer.
- Arrange financing with appropriate finance companies for sales when needed.
- Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
- Enter payments received on homes.
- Type Data Plates and Packs for homes.
- Dispatch homes to Dealer and attach permits.
- Prepare State reports for all homes.
- Answer phone calls and perform general filing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Pay attention to detail
- Sales support and customer service experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize
- Extreme organization
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
