OPS (Temporary) RECEPTIONIST

This is a 20-hour a week position
Shift: Evenings, and weekends
Paid Bi-Weekly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Must be able to communicate effectively in English: speaking, reading, and writing
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be willing to work some evenings, and weekends
- Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Receptionist experience in a medical or Long-Term care facility
The incumbent will be responsible for handling several administrative duties, which include assisting the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
- Answers phones and routes incoming and in-house calls
- Takes and delivers accurate messages to appropriate staff members in a timely fashion
- Assists residents, families, and other visitors with any questions
- Assist with making doctor appointments for residents
- Performs basic bookkeeping, filing, copier, fax machine and other clerical duties
- Shred paperwork as needed
- Performs other routine office duties as instructed by supervisor
This is an OPS (Other Personal Services) position
