Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling various tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and transcribing documents. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
  • Ability to transcribe documents accurately
  • Professional phone etiquette
