Responsibilities
- Sourcing for additional business opportunities and provide quotations and proposals to potential customers
- Successful close of new customers business onboard
- Strategic partnerships with customers for sustainable business continuity and healthy profit growth by New Service or New trade lanes
- Establish critical link between the customer and internal business units
- Achieve a high-level customer engagement, rapport and satisfaction
- Work with relevant sales groups across the globe to grow the customer
- Prepare and check periodic reports as required by the manager
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Work on RFQ/tenders with respective products, marketing and sales
- SFDC inputting as required
- Other assignments as required
- College Degree
- Experience (3+ years) within the industry with proven successful sales record and able to map out professional solutions to meet customer's needs
- Independent, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
