This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gainesville and Lake City, FL, for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, manage project schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing project timelines, overseeing quality and progress, and ensuring adherence to established budgets and safety protocols. The role also involves clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Construction Site Management with strong Organization Skills
- Expertise in Construction Safety and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Competence in Budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
- Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling and timeline management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to ensure quality control and problem-solving on-site
- Experience with military, healthcare, or government projects is a plus
