ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Assist the Corporate Services department (manager) to complete the required functions including implementation, customer service, product development, and risk management.
- Work closely with sales team to provide banking solutions to customers and prospects.
- Respond to direct customer questions and routed questions from branches, operations, and sales-team.
- Monitor customer usage to identify and remediate customer attrition, maximize fee income, and maintain sound risk management practices.
- Assist Corporate Services Manager with various management and audit reports.
- Provide the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
- High school education required.
- Computer skills including MS Office, Excel, 10-key.
- Ability to work in US without sponsorship.
- 2+ years of banking experience with cash management products preferred.
- Strong customer service background required.
- Technological competencies to understand, operate, and explain the bank's products and support programs.
- Strong ability to use written and verbal communication effectively with customers and staff.
- Patience to deal with accounting errors or problems.
- Ability to deal with time constrains and strong attention to detail.
- Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
- Able to perform other duties as assigned.
