• Annual ED volume of 60,000
  • 17% admission rate, 15% pediatrics, 9% average critical care rate
• Newly Renovated 22-Bed ED
• 44 hour physician coverage
• 62 hours APP coverage

Requirements

  Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
• Active FL license
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified or Board Prepared in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
  • Board Certified FM/IM with EM experience
