RS&H is currently seeking a Water Resources Engineer I to join the Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL. This embedded position reports to the office five days per week. As part of the infrastructure team, you will serve an integral role by preparing project specifications; completing project documents, analyses, and reports; analyzing and interpreting data; performing analyses of design, planning, and impact studies;

conducting cost analyses, design requirements, site selection, and limited design layouts; designing complete projects, systems, components, and/or processes; and performing quality‑control reviews and field reviews and observations of ongoing construction projects. This position may also provide technical guidance, assign tasks to junior and support staff, and manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams.

• Have a degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Have your PE and be in good standing.
• Be knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.
• Be proficient in production software and construction document production.
• Have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.
