Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member located in Lake City, FL. The Front Desk Staff will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping, handling guest requests, and addressing issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor is essential to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in handling reservations and operating front desk systems
- Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to address and resolve guest concerns
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or front desk operations are beneficial
