Main Street Family Care is growing, and we are looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team full time! You will provide patient‑focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be able to lead a small team while working in a high‑volume and fast‑paced urgent care environment.

• Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues
• Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Perform suturing and splinting
• Provide general orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review x‑rays (to be over‑read by a radiologist)
• Offer general dermatology and general eye problem care
• Interpret general EKGs
• Apply emergency management skills
• Provide general GYN expertise
• Treat children of all ages
• Provide occupational medicine services
• Conduct telemedicine visits

• Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend, e.g.,

• Week 1:
  Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON).
• Week 2:
  Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF).

• Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required
• MSN, or higher education required (new graduates accepted)
• DOT certification required or willing to obtain (cost covered)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred
