We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department team in Lake City, FL. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a high-pressure setting
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of acute care Emergency Department RN experience required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required within 30 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
