Registered Nurse ICU

Join HCA Healthcare as a Registered Nurse in our ICU, providing high-acuity, evidence-based care for critically ill adults. You will perform ongoing patient assessment, administer medications, manage ventilators and drips, and respond to rapid changes in condition. Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. You'll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and uphold infection control and safety standards while mentoring newer staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives in a learning-focused, compassionate culture.
