Palatka, FL 32177 / Putnam County, FL ( Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling )
- Pay-per-visit model: $46-$51 per visit + Medicare differential pay
- Average modified full-time earnings: $85K+ annually

Schedule- Wednesday-Saturday
- No nights

- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
