Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for an inpatient rehabilitation unit, requiring Cerner proficiency and 1.5+ years of relevant experience.

• Current state LPN/LVN license required if applicable
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience required
• Inpatient rehab or acute care/med-surg experience preferred, including rehab facilities such as Brooks, Encompass, or Ernest Health
• Proficiency with Cerner required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred, required for Charge Nurse role
• Previous travel experience required
• Proof of license required at time of consideration

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
• Rehabilitation unit caring for patients with an average length of stay of 14 days
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Blocked scheduling pattern:
  Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat, Sun/Weds/Thurs
• Rotating weekends required, every other weekend
• Uses Cerner charting system
• Team-oriented environment with a focus on patient-centered care and accountability
• Staff expected to accept feedback and maintain a positive attitude
• Navy blue scrubs with closed-toed shoes required
• Free on-site parking available
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted
• RTO must be requested at time of consideration and will not be approved after offer
• Cannot request off every holiday
• Call-outs must be reported more than 24 hours in advance
