* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Meet with homeowners on warm, company-generated leads;
No cold-calling!
* Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems with their home
* Record data and findings with precise attention to detail
* Provide solutions to resolve structural problems and water intrusion issues
* Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Proven sales experience
* required
* * Previous experience in construction and/or waterproofing
* preferred
* * Exceptional communication skills
* Proficiency working with basic computer software
* Team player, strong ethics, and high integrity
