Location: Gainesville, GA or Canton, GA (On-site)
Our Client is expanding its plaintiff-side Personal Injury litigation team and is seeking mid- to senior-level Associate Attorneys who are confident managing substantial caseloads. The firm handles serious injury matters and provides attorneys with the autonomy and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Communicate directly with clients and experts
- Experience in plaintiff-side Personal Injury litigation required
- Ability to independently manage large caseloads and Trial experience.
- Strong negotiation, litigation, and case strategy skills
The annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000
, depending on factors such as geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
