* Key Responsibilities:

*** Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
* Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
** 2. Customer Service:
*** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
* Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
** 3. Staff Management:
*** Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.
* Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
** 4. Sales and Financial Management:
*** Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.
* Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
** 5. Fleet Management:
*** Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.
* Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
* Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.
