Territory Sales Manager (Fine Jewelry) | MS, AL, GA and FL

Field-based | Ideal candidate is located in AL, GA or Northern FL.

Ostbye is hiring a high-performance Territory Sales Manager to grow our business across MS, AL, GA and FL. This role is for a proven field seller who runs a tight territory, books appointments consistently, protects account relationships, and wins new doors.

What You’ll Own
  • Territory growth: expand sales with existing accounts and open new independent jewelers across MS, AL, GA and FL
  • Quota delivery: achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual sales targets
  • High activity / high standards: build and maintain a strong in-store cadence with consistent follow-up
  • New business: prospect, present, close, and onboard new retail partners
  • Pipeline discipline: manage all opportunities through Ostbye’s Proven Sales Process (no loose ends)
  • In-store execution: product presentations with samples, merchandising, display maintenance, and staff enablement
  • Industry presence: represent Ostbye at key shows including JCK Las Vegas, IJO, and RJO

  • You come prepared with a plan: account goals, assortment opportunities, and a clear ask
  • You’re organized and consistent: territory routing, appointment setting, follow-up, and pipeline accuracy
  • You win trust fast and keep it through responsiveness, accountability, and professional presence
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Recent traveling territory / outside sales experience (Territory Manager, Field Sales, or Account Executive) with measurable results or comparable relationship-driven field sales experience in industries such asbeauty, premium retail, or other B2B route-based sales.
  • Established book of business / strong retailer relationships in the region
  • 5–10 years in jewelry or a related field where territory management and in-store selling are core (examples:, beauty industry, premium retail, fashion accessories, medical device, or other B2B route-based sales)
  • Tech-ready: CRM + iPad-based presentations + mobile productivity tools
