As a Security Officer Lobby Attendant in Lake City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional in a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through clear communication and strong attention to detail.

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support appropriate to the location.
• Monitor visitor and vendor entry, verify credentials, issue access permissions as directed, and maintain front desk records related to security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Observe lobby and reception activity to help deter unauthorized access, report unusual activity, and support an orderly environment within a logistics and distribution location.
• Answer phones, greet guests, direct deliveries and/or appointments, and support daily front desk operations in alignment with client-facing and security-related expectations.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
