Molding Technician 2nd shift

Entry Level Production Lake City,Minnesota

Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC

Hours: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am

• OT as needed on Fridays

• Select appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application.
• Release formed log from mold checking for quality.
• Maintains proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank.
• Use paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint to give them a genuine wood appearance.
• Cleans and maintains log machine/mixer and molds daily.
• Perform box-out and packaging process as needed.
• May be required to rotate in other production lines as part of regular rotation or as needed.
• Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation.
• Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves.
• Experience working in a repetitive, fast paced, hands on environment.
• Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
