1st
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Up to 5:30 PM with overtime)
Fridays as needed
- Select and wrap products in protective materials
- Box, crate, palletize, and stretch-wrap products for shipment
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications
- Monitor and maintain product quality
- Read production paperwork and diagrams
- Perform testing of parts and mechanisms as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to read and follow specifications and work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Willingness to learn packaging and metalworking processes
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and sit for extended periods
- Comfortable working in hot and cold manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
