2nd
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Fridays as needed
Depending on daily production needs, you may be assigned to:
- Machine Operation
- Operate manufacturing equipment including turret and bending machines
- Monitor output and adjust machine settings to maintain quality
- Visually inspect parts or use measuring tools
- Packaging & Shipping
- Wrap, box, crate, and palletize products
- Stretch wrap and prepare items for shipment
- Operate power tools and hand tools
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Powder Coat & Wash Prep
- Prep and paint parts using powder coating equipment
- Wash and degrese parts using pressure sprayers
- Load/unload parts and follow spray patterns
- Monitor and maintain finish quality
- Read production paperwork, diagrams, and specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support teammates and float between departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and production paperwork
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn multiple jobs and float between departments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Responsible team player who can adapt to changing needs
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to kneel, stoop, and sit as needed
- Comfortable working in hot and cold manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
