• Starting Pay: $23.75-$29.00 /hr
• Shift Details: 6:00AM- 4:30 PM (Core Hours)
  • Monday - Thursday
  • OT as needed
• Full Time / Direct Hire

• Providing daily direction for the team
• Lead required daily team meetings
• Meeting production schedules and solving root causes for potential disruptions
• Orients, trains, and/or facilitates training needs of members in production processes
• Maintaining standard work and training members to accomplish standard work requirements
• Appropriately escalating issues to the supervisor
• Supporting team goals in:
  • Safety
  • Quality
• Provide regular progress reports to supervisor.
• Communicates production, safety, & quality issues
• Must possess blueprint reading skills and in the use of precision measuring tools
• Must be highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities.
