Valley Craft Industries is a stable and growing metal manufacturing company with 70+ years of success. We’re hiring a Welder to join our Lake City team building high-quality material handling products used nationwide.

• 4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs)
• No evenings or weekends

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)

• Fabricate daily production and custom orders
• MIG and/or TIG welding to quality standards
• Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery
• Position materials using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools
• Maintain productivity targets (3 cabinets per hour)
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Support light machine maintenance as needed

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience (TIG a plus)
• Knowledge of metalworking equipment and processes
• Ability to read basic blueprints (training provided)
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
