Seasonal Assembler

Location: Lake City, MN
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on skills and experience

1st Shift

• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Monday through Thursday
• Four 10-hour shifts each week
• Overtime available on Fridays as needed

This seasonal opportunity is expected to run from your start date through February 12, 2027
.

No experience? No problem. On-the-job training will be provided.

As an Assembler, you will support production operations in a manufacturing environment by:

• Working in assembly line and work cell positions
• Using small hand tools and power tools
• Operating small machines and equipment
• Rotating between different workstations
• Testing and packaging finished products
• Forming and shaping various metal components
• Following quality and safety standards

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift
• Have good hand and finger dexterity
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Be willing to learn multiple tasks and work in different areas as needed
