Fairview - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal cares including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers; respond to call lights.;
Record vitals and AM/PM cares; peri care and catheter care as applicable.;
Assist with turning, lifting, or transferring residents with or without assistance.;
Document in electronic medical record system and communicate status to staff clearly.;
Support housekeeping and equipment maintenance as needed; answer phones promptly.
