Fairview - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and respond to call lights;
May check and record vitals AM/PM cares; peri care and catheter care;
May turn, lift or transfer residents with or without other persons/mechanical assistance;
Observe residents and report status to appropriate staff in a clear and concise manner;
Chart or document in electronic medical record system; assist with reporting resident and family concerns; assist with room and equipment cleanliness and answers phones
