We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. While knowledge of automotive parts is preferred, a willingness to learn is equally valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Assisting team members with customer inquiries.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Engaging with customers to foster a welcoming environment.
• Utilizing technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

Requirements include:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening skills and empathy.

Additional beneficial qualifications:

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required).
