Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable process which includes vendor set up, PO set up and maintenance, invoice matching and payment and vendor inquiries
• Lead accounts payable team including adhering to policies and procedures and monitoring of KPI's.
• Manage the employee corporate card process, which includes new card set up and maintenance.
• Work with the accounting manager and procurement manager on topics impacting the groups.
• Work on corporate projects as assigned.
• Assist with the annual audit and regulator exams and questions
• Ensure accounts payable desk procedures are documented and updated, as necessary.
• Review and update accounts payable internal controls as needed and ensure compliance when completing assigned duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an account's payable manager

• Strong computer skills including People Soft and Coupa
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Good leadership and project management skills
