The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing residential exterior construction projects from contract to completion. This role serves as the operational bridge between sales, crews, suppliers, and homeowners, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and to Built Strong Exteriors’ quality standards. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands construction workflows, and takes ownership of outcomes.

• Manage the full production lifecycle for roofing, siding, and exterior restoration projects
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and labor with subcontractors and suppliers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality control team during active production
• Conduct prebuild planning, job readiness reviews, and postcompletion walkthroughs
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, manufacturer requirements, and local codes
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and updates within company systems
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Restoration Consultants to ensure smooth handoffs
• Address and resolve jobsite issues proactively, including delays, material shortages, or workmanship concerns
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite professionalism at all times
• Support continuous improvement of production processes and field efficiency

• 3+ years of construction or exterior remodeling experience (roofing and siding strongly required)
• Prior experience managing crews, subcontractors, or multiple active jobs simultaneously
• Strong understanding of residential construction workflows and timelines
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology for scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Base Salary: $85,000 $ 100,000, based on experience and qualifications
• Benefits Eligibility:
  Medical, dental, and vision benefits available effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution, available after one year of employment

  Company vehicle usage provided, contingent upon a successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
