Job Description

Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects.

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Define project tasks and resource requirements.

Develop full‑scale project plans and manage project budget.

Assemble and coordinate project staff.

Manage project resource allocation.

Plan and schedule project timelines.

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

Provide direction and support to project team.

Quality assurance, ensuring project standards are consistently met.

Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.

Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Ensure construction safety measures are met at all times.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Proven working experience of 6+ years in the construction sector.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.

Proficient in using construction management software packages.

Competency in conflict and crisis management.

Leadership and human resources management skills.

Excellent time and project management skills.

Strong client‑facing and internal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

Strong working knowledge of construction laws and safety regulations.

Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.

Ability to plan and see the "big picture".

Competent in conflict and crisis management.

Excellent problem‑solving abilities.

Outstanding negotiation and estimation skills.

Experience with strategic planning and risk management.
