Boulder Ponds Senior Living recently opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN. It is located right on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, right off highway 94.We help seniors

Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 95-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services.

Part Time AM (6am-2pm), Part Time PM (4pm-8pm) Part Time NOC (10pm-6am), every other weekend included.
HHAWage
:$17-$22 per hour
CNA Wage:$19-$24 per hour

$1 PM, $2 Overnight

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care toall genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.

Assist with medication administration.

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
