Job Title: Custodian Engineer IVB, A shift - Oak-Land Middle School

Job Summary: Assist in cleaning and maintaining assigned buildings and grounds to ensure a safe and clean environment conducive to learning. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a 2nd Class Boiler license at hire, with the ability to obtain unlicensed electrician registration and CPO certification within 6 months. Must be available to cover day shifts in the absence of the Head Engineer.

FTE/Hours per Day: 8 hours, Monday through Friday, 52 weeks per year.

Qualifications:

• 2nd Class Boilers License at hire, with unlicensed electrician registration and CPO certification within 3 months.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  One year custodial experience in an educational setting.
