Insurance Agent Responsibilities- Focus almost exclusively on the prospect identification and conversion process where you can confidently advise, close and warmly transfer the new client to a team member who is responsible for the post‑sale and account maintenance, so you are free to continue your quest for new clients
- Retain existing clients through your involvement in policy renewal reviews and assisting with other servicing as needed
- The mix of time spent and revenue from new business to existing business is expected to be approximately 70/30

The candidate will be based in the Lake Elmo, MN office, with the potential for a combination of onsite and remote after a proven track record of success.
The pay rate for the first year is a base salary of $2,000 per month plus 50% of new business commissions earned by the agency that you have produced. After one year, the base salary is eliminated and pay is based on new and renewal commissions.
