We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent who can lead field operations, manage crews, coordinate with project management, and deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Manage all daily field operations on commercial concrete projects.
• Supervise foremen, field crews, and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate concrete pours and daily work activities.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Maintain production schedules and look-ahead planning.
• Ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Inspectors.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman.
• ACI Certified.
• Experience managing multiple crews on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
  Foundations, Slab-on-grade, Structural concrete, Cast-in-pace walls, Elevated decks, Retaining walls, Site concrete, Formwork, Reinforcing steel installation, Concrete placement and finishing, etc.
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Spanish speaking ability as a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and motor vehicle report history prior to employment
