Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Site Principal and Athletic Director, this position has the responsibility for the overall administration of all aspects of a comprehensive high school athletic program. The primary focus will be that of mentorship, recruitment, administration and coordination of a high school athletic program where the total development of the student-athlete is the highest priority. Specifically, the Head Coach will identify, recruit, and coach student-athletes;
develop practice plans and competition schedules; manage operating budget; oversee student‑athlete academics and compliance of the program; and supervise assistant coaches/other support personnel.

Education/
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years successful (recent) experience at the varsity Lacrosse level (within last five (5) years);
Experience working directly with collegiate and/or public school districts is highly desirable;
Bachelor’s degree desired;
Master’s Degree desirable;
Experience as a certificated staff member desirable;
Must have demonstrated ability to lead and direct a sports program, working knowledge of CIF rules/regulations, effective oral and written communication, and strong organizational skills
