Tech Guardian is looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor to lead the daily performance, quality, and accountability of our service desk team.

• Lead daily performance, quality, and accountability of the service desk team.
• Coach technicians and improve service quality.
• Ensure tickets move through the system efficiently and protect client experience.
• Balance client satisfaction with team accountability.
• Support the technical team in meeting high performance standards.

• Experience in MSP or IT services, with a background as a senior technician, team lead, dispatcher/coordinator, helpdesk supervisor, or service desk lead.
• Strong technical ability is a plus; comfortable reviewing technical work, understanding escalations, asking good troubleshooting questions, and occasionally helping with tickets or escalations when needed.
• Organized, professional, calm under pressure, and able to balance client satisfaction with team accountability.
