Overview
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Ponte Vedra, FL and surrounding areas. Angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000. We pride ourselves on our values:

- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
