IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Research Scientist (Food Microbiology or related field) position at its facility in Seattle, WA.

• Help with bench work, proposal/report writing, data analysis, general laboratory work, and other related tasks assigned per day‑to‑day/project needs.
• Occasional travel assignments to client sites, including environmental sample collection, sample shipping, on‑site validation studies, inoculation work, observations of manufacturing and processing practices, data analysis, report writing, and consulting.

• PhD degree in Food Microbiology, Food Science, or a related topic.
• Highly motivated, proactive, with a strong passion for food microbiology/safety and food science.
• Willingness to help clients on requested projects and perform assigned tasks.

Pay range: $78,000.00 - $80,000 annually. Full‑time position with the following benefits after a brief waiting period:
