Accounts Payable Specialist (C2H) – Lake Forest, CA – $23–$28/hr (40 hrs/week, onsite)
We’re partnering with a family-owned shared services group supporting multiple affiliated businesses. They’re seeking a transactional, high-volume AP Specialist who’s comfortable with 3‑way match and working in a tight‑knit team.
Key details- Pay: $23–$28/hr
- Location: Lake Forest, CA (currently 5 days onsite)
- Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Volume: 2,000 invoices/month
- Hours: Start 8–5
- Process AP transactions; match/batch/code invoices & expense reports
- Weekly check runs + occasional manual checks
- Vendor statement reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
- Maintain AP files/backup; support vendor inquiries
- Help clean vendor master; collect W-9s/remit-to info
- 2+ years AP (high volume) + 3‑way match
- ERP experience (Oracle/Oracle Cloud a plus)
- Light Excel + strong attention to detail + team/culture fit
