- Prepare accurate federal and state individual and small business tax returns, including 1040, 1120, and 1065 filings.
- Review tax returns prepared by other team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Identify deductions, credits, and tax‑saving opportunities for clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax documents, filing requirements, and tax situations.
- E‑file returns, manage follow‑ups, and ensure client documentation is complete and accurate.
- Train, teach, and support junior staff or interns while helping improve internal tax preparation processes.
- Salary range: $52,000 to $66,560 per year.
