Smart Stop Self Storage is seeking an Accountant for a HYBRID role. You will manage the monthly property close, maintain internal controls, and support treasury and reporting for ~20 properties from the LA area office in Ladera Ranch, CA.
Hybrid schedule with in-office Tue-Thu, home Mon & Fri. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, GAAP experience, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
