Customer Service & Service Coordination Specialist

What You’ll Do

As the primary point of contact for customers, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping service operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the go‑to contact for customers, coordinating field service activities and ensuring all service requests are executed seamlessly
  • Intaking, logging, and managing customer service inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Preparing and delivering service estimates and job quotes in a timely, customer‑friendly manner
  • Tracking and updating active work orders, keeping customers informed via portal updates, email, or phone communication
  • Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / ERP tools (Navision) to manage customer data, process requests, and support service workflows
  • Generating reports and maintaining documentation, while balancing multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support scheduling, order processing, and project coordination

What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or customer support experience
  • A customer‑service‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Navision is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with order processing, scheduling, or project support is helpful but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Forest, CA. The position is hybrid.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
