Overview

Customer Support Specialist – Vaco is partnering with a well-established, employee-focusedorganization to hire a Customer Support Specialist
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and vendors while supporting internal teams to ensure projects are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries
  • Prepare quotes and job documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, drivers, and field staff to schedule and execute work
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of job setup and communication
  • Maintain clear, professional communication via phone and email
  • Support overall operations by helping resolve issues and keeping projects on track
