We are actively hiring a Customer Support Specialist to interact with customers and vendors, prepare quotes, write up jobs, work with project managers, drivers, and field staff to ensure that work is scheduled and completed as directed.

• 40% providing guidance and support to customers, subcontractors, and internal team members via email and phone
• 40% running reports and processing job documentation
• 20% collaborating with and supporting project managers, drivers, and field staff to ensure work is completed as directed

Starting hourly rate will be $23.00 - $28.00 per hour based on your experience.

• 2+ years of related business experience
• College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience working in an office is preferred
