CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST Job Description

We are actively hiring a Customer Support Specialist to interact with customers and vendors, prepare quotes, write up jobs, and work with project managers, drivers, and field staff to ensure that work is scheduled and completed as directed.

• 2+ years of related customer service experience
• Resourceful self-starter who is interested in researching answers to questions from available information.
• Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box
• Organizational and time management skills
• Motivation and ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a changing environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Starting hourly rate will be $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on your experience.
