Traditional schools push students to meet benchmarks. You'll empower them to surpass their own limits.

Every young person possesses untapped potential they don't yet recognize. When a student faces obstacles, most adults reduce expectations. Your approach is different. You understand that genuine confidence doesn't emerge from empty affirmation. It develops when someone achieves what they previously considered beyond reach. If you've ever insisted that a student, athlete, participant, or mentee continue when they wanted to give up, this work will resonate with you.

Alpha has redesigned education around one core principle: AI excels at academic delivery, while exceptional people excel dents advance through foundational academics via adaptive AI-driven platforms. Your responsibility centers on cultivating what technology cannot—self-discipline, perseverance, articulation, personal responsibility, concentration, and the conviction that challenging pursuits hold value. Your day won't involve lesson delivery or paper grading. Instead, you'll guide students through obstacles, acknowledge meaningful growth, and enable them to accomplish objectives they once deemed impossible.

Approximately 60% of your weekly schedule involves facilitating dynamic, hour-long life skills sessions addressing subjects such as public speaking, concentration, leadership, and feedback exchange. Roughly 30% consists of individual or small‑group coaching supported by Coachbot analytics to determine which students require encouragement, accountability, or modified tactics. The final 10% encompasses data analysis, coaching refinement, and preparation to strengthen student outcomes in the coming week.

You'll begin with established workshop structures, then enhance and expand them as you identify more effective approaches to student inspiration.

Performance metrics are clearly defined. A minimum of 90% of your students must regularly achieve their weekly academic targets, exhibit proficiency in Alpha's life skills via Test2

Pass evaluations, and provide ratings of at least 4 out of 5 for their experience with you. Maintain this benchmark reliably and you'll access a transparent advancement pathway to Lead Guide, supporting fellow Guides, and ultimately Campus Lead, where you'll influence the entire school's culture and results.

This position doesn't suit individuals seeking to lecture, adhere to rigid curricula, or merely occupy students. It's designed for coaches, mentors, youth facilitators, performers, tutors, and educators who define success through student transformation. All finalists complete a full-day coaching session with actual Alpha students prior to any offer.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating energetic, hour-long life skills sessions for students in grades K‑8, building communication, perseverance, concentration, leadership, and other enduring competencies while consistently enhancing workshop delivery.
  • Providing personalized coaching to students through one‑on‑one and small‑group formats using Coachbot analytics, customized accountability mechanisms, and Alpha's motivational frameworks to ensure every student reaches ambitious weekly objectives.
  • Evaluating life skill proficiency via Test2

Pass and delivering focused coaching until each student exhibits authentic capability, not merely engagement.
  • Modifying your coaching approach for elementary and middle school age groups, recognizing when a kindergarten student requires physical activity and positive reinforcement versus when an eighth‑grade student needs straightforward accountability.
  • Reviewing weekly performance metrics to detect trends, eliminate barriers, and continuously enhance results across your entire student group.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Providing conventional classroom lectures. AI manages academic instruction, enabling your…
