This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Agent at our Lake Forest, CA location. The Loan Agent will assist clients in obtaining loans by evaluating their financial needs, recommending suitable loan products, and guiding them through the application process. Responsibilities also include reviewing financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing loan servicing activities, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in Loan Servicing and knowledge of various loan products
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
• Analytical Skills to evaluate financial information and determine loan eligibility
• Experience in Loans and Finance processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented approach with an ability to ensure accuracy in financial documentation
• Proficiency in using loan processing software or financial systems
• Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
